has not changed in amount since they have elected to use part of it to

Maybe not, but I would rather it if I could opt out of M$ crap and not
pay that portion of the fee.&nbsp; I view it the same as Social
Security.&nbsp; I should be able to opt out.<br>

Speaking of opting out, I am about to opt out of this list if it is
only going to be for Andrew and Will to have their personal little war.<br>
